About the Role:
Promote Builders Ltd is looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial real estate development projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of construction and development timelines.

Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of project development: planning, design, budgeting, construction, and delivery
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams
Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Report regularly to senior management and stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in real estate or construction
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.)
