About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Marketing & Sales Executive to promote and sell our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and a proven ability to close deals and build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads and follow up with potential clients
Conduct property tours and explain features and benefits
Prepare proposals and negotiate terms
Collaborate with the marketing team to run campaigns and events
Maintain CRM records and prepare weekly sales reports

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
2+ years of experience in real estate sales or property marketing
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools
